New Balance DFW at The Plaza at Preston Center is designed to be first and foremost a service business. Before we sell you a pair of shoes, we measure and analyze both of your feet to ensure the perfect fit. Our core customer is 30 – 60 years old with an active lifestyle that includes running, walking, tennis, regular workouts in the gym, etc. These folks know how critical their footwear is to maximizing their exercise regimens and they appreciate the extra care we take to make it happen.

THE STORY

New Balance DFW is a North Texas family-owned independent business with locations throughout the area. From the time The Plaza’s New Balance store opened in October 2002, the store has maintained the largest selection of New Balance products in the Lone Star State.
