Candace Nelson opened the original Sprinkles cupcake bakery in Beverly Hills in April 2005, and it quickly became a phenomenon, drawing a huge and loyal following—among them, many Hollywood A-Listers. Sprinkles’ moist, fluffy cakes are baked using only the freshest, most wholesome ingredients (bittersweet Callebaut chocolate, pure Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, and real chocolate sprinkles from France, etc.), with no trans-fats or preservatives.
