THE STORY

Founder Mickey Rosmarin believed that fashion, philanthropy and the highest commitment to customer service were always to be woven into the fabric of Tootsies’ DNA. After Rosmarin’s unexpected passing in 2016, Tootsies was acquired by Norman and Donna Lewis, who have promised to remain true to the spirit that has made Tootsies so wildly successful. For more than four decades, Tootsies has served customers in Houston, Dallas and Atlanta, offering the best in couture, ready-to-wear, handbags, jewelry and accessory offerings from the world’s most exciting and exclusive designers. In the end, though, YOU are our first priority, and that is a promise that will never go out of style.
