Nardos leads the industry with her sophisticated approach to designing high-end, one-of-a-kind couture bridal gowns, evening wear, and cocktail wear, creating looks varying from modest to avant garde silhouettes that accommodate any bride’s or woman’s style.

THE STORY

Born in the northeast African country of Eritrea, Nardos Imam moved to Dallas as a young girl to study nursing. But she soon discovered her true passion for fashion design. She honed her design skills at El Centro College and landed a job as a designer at Richard Brooks Fabrics before accepting a position in bridal alterations at Stanley Korshak. Eventually, Nardos opened her own studio and began creating custom gowns for clients in Dallas, a city she has come to love. She has seen another dream come to life in launching her first ready-to-wear collection and opening her retail location at The Plaza at Preston Center.
