THE STORY

Bachendorf’s has been a Dallas family tradition for more than 70 years, but its roots go back much further. In 1900, Abram Bock, the founding father of Bachendorf’s, began designing and making custom jewelry in his native Russia. After moving to Dallas in 1948, he established his own diamond importing and manufacturing company. The original Bachendorf’s store opened in 1977, featuring the finest quality hand-crafted custom jewelry and an extensive collection of luxury watches. It has been Dallas’ go-to heirloom and engagement destination ever since.
