Inspired by the founders’ childhood memories in the kitchen and the mothers who shaped those early moments—maman means “mother” in French—the brand has grown from a small Soho café into a celebrated North American lifestyle destination. Co-founder Elisa Marshall shared that Dallas immediately felt like the perfect fit, noting its vibrant culinary community and the neighborhood’s blend of charm, appreciation for good food, and beautifully designed spaces.
