In this time of national emergency, the safety of our guests, as well as our tenants and their employees and families, is our top priority. Therefore we will continue to closely monitor the latest developments and guidelines outlined by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local health officials.

The Plaza at Preston Center is open for business, though some of our tenants may choose to temporarily close. Others are operating during reduced hours, while some are affected by yesterday’s changes to the City of Dallas Emergency Regulations, restricting restaurants to take-out and delivery service only.

We recommend checking with individual stores regarding their hours.

Our team is taking the following precautions within the shopping center common areas:

  • additional cleaning, including wiping down the top rungs of all handle rails, benches, and trash receptacles multiple times throughout the day with approved disinfectants;and,
  • installation of handwashing stations (to be located at all four corners around the sculpture).

Thank you for supporting the local businesses at The Plaza at Preston Center, especially during these unprecedented times.

We look forward to welcoming you soon!
